What data we process
We process account and booking data needed to run court reservations: name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, account verification status, booking permissions, selected sport, court, date, time, duration, booking status, customer contact snapshots, and optional booking notes.
Why we process this data
We use this data to create accounts, manage court availability, process booking requests, approve or reject bookings, send booking notifications, prevent double bookings, support customers, and operate the booking system securely.
Booking notes
Booking notes are optional and should only contain information needed for the reservation, for example access needs, equipment questions, or relevant booking context. Please do not enter health data, payment card data, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal details.
Email notifications
CourtDesk may send emails about registration, email verification, account confirmation, booking requests, approvals, rejections, and cancellations. These emails are needed to operate the booking service.
Technical and security data
When you use CourtDesk, technical records such as sessions, logs, queue jobs, timestamps, IP-related security records, and error logs may be processed to keep the service reliable and secure.
Who can access the data
Authorized staff can access account and booking data in the admin area when needed for booking operations, support, administration, or security. Hosting, email, backup, and IT service providers may process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data. Send requests to info@danolte.de. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
